Design and Drawing Phase
The plans are drawn to scale and a new design prepared. The council may request environmental analysis and reports which we will deal with on your behalf. Once your feedback is received we will make
any amendments you may require.
Council Submission
The plans and all the paperwork will be submitted to the local authority. Once validated the council will usually take 8 weeks to reach a decision. We will liaise with the planning officer during the
planning procedure as required.
Building Regulation Approval
Once planning approval has been obtained, we will begin work on the Building Regulation plans. These will show all the technical information required for the building process and must meet current
regulations.
Council Submission
The application will be prepared and submitted to Building Control for approval. The council usually take around 4/5 weeks for this process. These plans can then be given to your builder to obtain an
accurate quotation for the works.
