Design and Drawing Phase
The plans are drawn to scale and a new design prepared. Once your feedback is received we will make any amendments you may require.
Council Submission
The plans and all the paperwork will be submitted to the local authority. Once validated the council will usually take 8 weeks to reach a decision. The planning officer may request a site visit to
assess the proposal.
Building Regulation Approval
Once planning approval has been obtained, we will begin work on the Building Regulation plans. These will show all the technical information required for the building process and must meet current
regulations.
Council Submission
The application will be prepared and submitted to Building Control for approval. The council usually take around 4/5 weeks for this process. These plans are required by your builder to provide an
accurate quotation for the works.
